The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the complimentary tea and water were nice touches. The location was convenient, within walking distance to restaurants and shops.
The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. They rarely smiled or greeted us, and when we asked for recommendations on local attractions, they seemed annoyed and dismissive.

Great location close to ski slopes and easy access to town. Rooms were clean and comfortable with great views of the mountains. the breakfast was delicious with lots of fresh local produce.
We had to wait a long time for service and our requests were often forgotten or ignored.

The language barrier can be a slight inconvenience, as the staff speak minimal English.
